• Herman Lemke was a mayoral candidate in 1968. His name was incorrect in a Local News story posted yesterday.

• The e-mail address for the Honolulu division of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition is hi.nocc@ovarian.org. The address was incorrect in a health brief posted Saturday.

• Polynesian Airlines has used a Johnston Atoll airfield as its alternate airfield for flights to Samoa, formerly known as Western Samoa. Another island was named in a Business story posted Oct. 10.
