GARY WAYNE BEGLEY, 54, of Pukalani, Maui, died Nov. 29, 2004. Born in Vallejo, Calif. A self-employed carpenter. Survived by wife, Cathy; son, Jesse; daughters, Sarah Cappabianca, Mandy Pascua and Kathy Sparks; six grandchildren; parents, Robert and Meldarene; brothers, Bob Jr. and David; sisters, Judith Trimble and Kate Smith. MOSES NUMERA GALEON, 45, of Kailua, Kona, Hawai'i, died Nov. 19, 2004. Born in Pago Pago, Samoa. An auto mechanic and professional musician for Polynesian Paradise Entertainment Co. Survived by wife, Janice; daughter, Kristin; sons, Cheyenne, Keola, Lowen, Ainsley and Donovan; hanai daughter, Tawnee Lee; hanai son, Tobee Lee; sister, Cindy Turk; grandchildren. SYLVESTER "SILVA" "BILLY" LEIALOHA JENKS SR., 76, of 'Ewa Beach, died Nov. 26, 2004. Born in Honolulu. Retired city Roads Division lead mechanic foreman. MINNIE E. KEALA, 72, of Kailua, Kona, Hawai'i, died Nov. 24, 2004. Born in Hana, Maui. A retired housekeeper at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. MARY NOONAN KNIGHT, 91, of Las Vegas, formerly of Honolulu, died Nov. 4, 2004. Born in San Francisco, Calif. Former director of social services and prison services in Hawai'i; founder and former director, Honolulu Civic Forum of the Air; first woman chairman, Oahu Republican County Committee; one of the first women to be elected to Territorial Central Committee, Republican Party, and to its executive committee; host of "Political Analysis" weekly radio program; author of "The Ballot Box" column; author of "Book of Children's Verses." Survived by nieces and nephews, Michael, Marcia Stagnaro, Dion Sr., Kathleen and Samuel. Burial at Catholic Calvary Cemetery, Santa Rosa, Calif. Arrangements by Palm Mortuary-Downtown, Las Vegas, and Lafferty and Smith Colonial Chapel, Santa Rosa.

STEPHEN "HANAKAHI TAHI" LONO, 79, of 'Aiea, died Nov. 24, 2004. Born in Honokalani, Hana, Maui. Retired from Pearl Harbor Public Works Center, Transportation Department; and honorary deacon, Ewa Beach Assembly of God. Survived by wife, Evangeline; sons, Glenn and Howard; daughters, Paulette Woo, Glenda Bubeck, Geraldine Ing and Dorinda; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. STEPHEN L. "DUKE" MAHELONA, 54, of Anahola, Kaua'i, formerly of Hanapepe, Kaua'i, died Nov. 20, 2004. Born in Honolulu. An O'ahu firefighter; Kaua'i landscaper; and most recently, a Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands, Kaua'i, electrical engineer. Survived by wife, Melanie Anne Roose; brothers, Louis, Charles, John and Allen; sisters, Vivian Alameda, Gwen Bargamento, Barbara Leota, and Merriel Yonahara.
