• Special nonprofit license plates are available statewide and cost $30.50 the first year. A Local News story posted yesterday contained incorrect information.

• Members of the Spillner family performed during the halftime of yesterday's Pro Bowl Game. The name was incorrect in one reference in a Sports story posted yesterday.

• The legend with the map with a Local News story posted Sunday showing a proposed emergency access road in Wai'anae was incorrect. The dotted line in the map showed the proposed road, solid lines showed existing roads.

• The Black Cat Cafe was on Hotel Street across from the Army-Navy YMCA. A column posted Sunday gave an incorrect street.

• "Inside the Walls of Troy" by Hawai'i author Clemence McLaren was voted one of the year's "Best Books for Young Adults" by the American Library Association in 1998. A book review posted Sunday did not acknowledge McLaren's award and incorrectly said only two writers with Island connections been so honored. At least three writers with Hawai'i connections have received the ALA honor.

• Francois Mitterrand's name was misspelled in a Travel story posted Sunday.

• No bill was ever introduced at the Honolulu City Council to make it illegal to defecate or urinate in public. A Local News story posted Saturday contained incorrect information.

• The Republic of Tuva is between Mongolia and Siberia. A TGIF story posted Friday incorrectly described Tuva.
