Bowling

• March 13-14—Aloha State Dressage Society. The first show of the season will be at Maunawili Farm and Hilltop Equestrian Center, respectively. Show begins at 8 a.m. Fee: none.



Football

• March 1—Deadline for Hawai'i State Football Associaton. Looking for teams to join new league. Players must be 18 or older. Information: Sandy 222-5187 or Kimberly 330-9570.



Golf

• March 12 — Deadline for the Na Hoaloha O McKinley Golf Tournament, April 8 at Leilehua Golf Course. Photo ID required. Shotgun start at 11:30 a.m. Format: 3-person scramble. Fee: $360 per team, $120 per individual. Inforamtion: Neal, 594-0418.

• March 15 — Deadline for 11th Annual Guinea Kop Memorial Golf Tournament, March 23 at Pearl Country Club. Registration and Lunch at 10:30 a.m. followed by shotgun start at 12:20 p.m. Format: Three-person team scramble, maximum handicaps, men-30/women-36. Fee: $450 per team (includes two mulligans per person). Open to the first 216 players. Deadline: March 15. Information: 952-GOLF.

• March 24 — "Par for the Priory" Tournament. The annual event will be held at Kapolei Golf Course, check-in at 10:30 a.m. Shotgun start at 12:30 a.m. Format: Three-person modified scramble. Entry fee: $135 per person. Information: Contact Linda at St. Andrew's Priory School, 536-6103.

• April 21 — Sea of Dreams Tournament, at Coral Creek Golf Course, check-in 11:30 a.m., shotgun start at 1:15 p.m. Lucnch will be served. Fee: $375 per team. $125 per person.

• April 30 — Deadline for HTA/Penske Truck Leasing Golf Tournament, May 7 at Hawai'i Prince Golf Club. Shotgun start at 11:30 a.m. Minimun team handicap is 20, handicaps women-40/men-36. Fee: $375 per team or $125 per person. Information: 833-6628.

• June 7 — Deadline for 10th Annual Golf "Fore"Damien Tournament, July 1 at Kapolei Golf Course. Check-in from 10 to 11:30 a.m. followed by shotgun start at noon. Format: Three-man scramble. • March 7—The Nature Conservancy of Hawai'i Honouliuli Preserve, Palikea Trail, 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Considered moderate, some steep drop offs. Cost is $10 for each. Reservations are required. Call 587-6220.

• March 12-13— The Hawai'i Department of Land and Natural Resources is sponsoring free Hiking, Camping and Hunting class at the Nimitz Business Center. Ages 10 and up. Information: 597-0200.
