With the score tied at 41, the Buffanblu engineered their run to take a 50-41 lead with 1:31 remaining in the game. During the surge, Ostrowski scored five points for Punahou, the Interscholastic League of Honolulu's second-place team.
Alex Patykula scored 12 points and Puna Neumann added 10 for Mililani, the O'ahu Interscholastic Association's runner-up.
 Kamehameha 59, Kealakehe 55: Ikaika Hardie scored six of his game-high 14 points in overtime as the Warriors defeated the Waveriders for fifth place.
Kamehameha outscored Kealakehe 9-5 in overtime.
Kawika Hepa scored 12 points for Kamehameha, the ILH's third-place team. Kyle Teves and Easton Takata each scored 13 points for Kealakehe, the Big Island Interscholastic Federation champion.
Hardie's 3-pointer with 3.6 seconds remaining in regulation sent the game into overtime tied at 50.
 Baldwin 57, McKinley 55: Trenson Himalaya scored 16 points and Cody Tesoro added 12 as the Bears beat the Tigers in overtime to win the consolation game.
Baldwin outrebounded McKinley 38-22 and held a big free-throw advantage. The Bears, the Maui Interscholastic League runner-up, made 14 of 17 free throws, while the Tigers made 3 of 7.
Joshua Valdez scored 16 for McKinley, the OIA's fourth-place team.
