Survived by wife, Rachel "Bae"; sons, Arthur IV, Billy Long, Thomas Heffernan, Peter Heffernan, John Heffernan, Roger Heffernan, Judah Heffernan, Albert Kamakeeaina and John "Alale" Kamakeeaina; daughters, Jackie Aalona-Wong, Cheryl Ornellas, Rene Takemoto, Delphine Olson and Maevia Palacio; sisters, Rhoda Haslam, Cookie Freitas and Barbara "Bobbie" Correa; 71 grandchildren; 70 great-grandchildren. DORIS "DODIE" MILLER, 74, of Kailua, died April 23, 2005. Born in Boston. A longtime tax preparer, and retired from the retail industry. Survived by husband, Richard; daughter, Andrea Armitage; son, Matthew; grandson, Samuel Armitage; brother, Myron Lunchick. Celebration of life 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at Kane'ohe Yacht Club.
