JEAN LOUISE ANDERSON, 73, of Kihei, Maui, died Feb. 27, 2001. Born in Kansas City, Mo. A homemaker. EDMUND "LEE" O. BREATCHEL, 85, of Hawaiian Paradise Park, Hawaii, died Feb. 23, 2001. Born in Wichita, Kan.
