The four were indicted on robbery charges by an Oahu grand jury Tuesday. Police rearrested Gabriel Apilando, 30; Sheldon W. Barques, 31; and brothers James K. Hoapili, 28; and Albert R. Hoapili Jr., 33.
Apilando was charged with first-degree robbery, with bail set at $50,000. Barques was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree criminal property damage, and first-degree hindering prosecution, with his bail set at $60,000.
James Hoapili was charged with first-degree robbery, with bail set at $50,000. Albert Hoapili Jr. was charged with first-degree robbery and first-degree hindering prosecution, with bail set at $55,000.
Earlier, the man whom police accuse of being the gunman, Eric K. Vance, 31, was charged with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, auto theft, and two firearm violations. He was arrested last week and remains in custody, with bail set at $250,000.
Store owner Song Chol Marshall, 45, was fatally shot in the head on Christmas Eve in what police are calling a botched robbery.
