Season renewals are now being accepted for the Honolulu Symphony’s Halekulani Classical MasterWorks Series for the 2001-2002 year. Season seats may be renewed at the Honolulu Symphony box office, at Dole Cannery, 650 Iwilei Road, Suite 202; open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

The season begins in October and runs through May 2002 at Blaisdell Concert Hall.

Most concerts will be at 4 p.m. Sundays and 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays, with four in the series set for 7:30 p.m. Saturday, a major change under the leadership of new executive director Stephen D. Bloom.

As in previous years, several types of season subscriptions are available, including the total 14-concert package plus two mini-season series and a make-your-own season series.

Full season tickets (14 concerts): $658, $490, $399, $308, $224, depending on seat locations.

Great Composers Series (seven concerts): Oct. 14, 16; Oct. 21, 23; Nov. 11, 13; Jan. 6, 8; March 10, 12; March 31, April 2; May 26, 28; $336, $259, $210, $161, $112.

MasterWorks Platinum Series (seven concerts): Oct. 14, 16; Nov. 3, 4; Nov. 24, 25; Jan. 6, 8; March 24, 26; April 21, 23; May 19, 21; $336, $259, $210, $161, $112.

Make Your Own Series of six, eight, or 10 concerts; from $99 to $318 for six, $128 to $416 for eight, or $160 to $490 for 10.

Individual tickets are $55, $40, $30, $25, $15 (not available until August).
