LARRY MINORU ARAKAKI, 75, of Honolulu, died Feb. 24, 2001. Born in Honolulu. A retired Holsum Bakery sales manager. ALLEGRA ANN CADAOAS, 59, of Waialua, died Feb. 24, 2001. Born in Cincinnati. A schoolteacher retired from Solomon and Halekula Elementary Schools. GEORGE SMITH CHRISTIAN SR., 78, of Anahola, Kauai, died Feb. 24, 2001. Born in Hilo, Hawaii. A harvesting supervisor retired from Lihue Plantation. GARNET A. COOKE, 72, of Waikiki, died Feb. 23, 2001. A homemaker. Wife of the late Randall Cooke, former manager of the Dome at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Survived by son, Walter Gaines; hanai sister, Mary Orthman; a granddaughter; half brother, Verdell Nyland. SIMEON DAYOAN, 91, of California, died Feb. 14, 2001. Born in the Philippines. Retired sales manager with Capitol Records. Survived by sisters, Leonora Bayuya and Marcella Dayoan; 20 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Graveside service 10:45 a.m. tomorrow at Diamond Head Memorial Park. ROBERT CHALMERS FORBES, 87, of Hilo, Hawaii, died Feb. 26, 2001. Born in Hilo. A retired harvesting superintendent for Hilo Coast Processing Company. Survived by sons, Roger, Kenneth, Thomas and Mark; daughter, Gail Forbes, Peggy Frederick and Heather McDaniel; brother, Roy; seven grandchildren. MABEL CYPRIANO KASLAUSKY, 83, who died Feb. 16, 2001, is survived, among others, by sisters, Minerva "Snooky" Viveiros, Geraldine "Gerri" Brilhante and Katherine "Kitty" Gomes. Yesterday’s obituary, based on information from the mortuary, was incomplete.

GODFREY TAMAYO LA MADRID, 91, of Ainaloa, Hawaii, died Feb. 23, 2001. Born in Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. A painter retired from Lockheed Shipyard and a carpenter. Survived by wife, Dolores Isobel; sons, Godfrey Ramon and Mario La Madrid; daughter, Rene La Madried-Ahu; 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
