• A public meeting is being held tomorrow to discuss paving Kamehameha Highway between Avocado Street and Kilani Avenue in Wahiawa. Because of an error by a reporter, Kilani Avenue was misspelled in a Local News brief posted yesterday.

• "15 Years of Hits: The Best of Flyin' Hawaiian, Vol. 3" was the Anthology of the Year winner in Sunday's Hawai'i Music Awards. Because of a source error, another winner was listed in an Island Life story posted Monday.

• Hawaii Medical Service Association filed its 11.5 percent rate increase Monday with the state Insurance Division. Information in a Business story posted yesterday was incorrect because of a reporter's error.
