Feb. 15 and 16: Winemaker Michel Chapoutier, known as King of the Rhone, will hold two wine-tasting dinners, on Maui and Oahu. Chapoutier has a reputation for changing the way Rhone wines are made, lowering vineyard yields, replacing chestnut casks with small oak barrels and adhering to organic farming methods.
