RYUZO FUKUMOTO, 93, of Honolulu, died Jan. 1, 2001. Born in Okinawa, Japan. A retired Everybody’s Market housekeeper. DANNY GALINGAN, 43, of Lihue, Kauai, died Jan. 22, 2001. Born in Tayug, Pangasinan, Philippines. A Kauai Community College office worker. Survived by mother, Epefania; sisters, Wilma Raval and Lolita Mabini. Visitation 8 a.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Catholic Church; Mass 10 a.m. Burial to follow at the Kauai Memorial Garden. ROBERT JOHN GAYLORD, 68, of San Lorenzo, Calif., died Jan. 26, 2001. Born in Honolulu. A Kaiser Aerotech/Aerospace master machinist. Survived by wife, Janet Gail; son, Dale; daughters, Kimberly Schneckloth, Cynthia, Linda Varela and Jane Silva; brothers, Walter, Charles and Allan; sisters, Gertrude Zartman, Dorothy Shire, Lillian Henriques and Peggy Angelo; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. ALFRED TIN BEU HONG, 83, of Honolulu, died Jan. 26, 2001. Born in Honolulu. A retired Spencecliff employee. YOSHIO "MOUNTAIN" "FINGER" KAWATOMARI, 72, of Waipahu, died Jan. 12, 2001. Born in Makawao, Maui. A retired movie industry carpenter. MILTON "MOUSEY" SHIGEMI KURIHARA, 61, of Honolulu, died Jan. 23, 2001. Born in Honolulu. A crane operator and Pearl Harbor Public Works Center employee. CHUEN TAI LEE, 85, of Honolulu, died Jan. 17, 2001. Born in China. A homemaker. Survived by daughter, Koon Yau; four grandsons; two granddaughters; nine great-grandchildren. TEODORO "TEDDY" SALINAS MALAGAYO, 94, of Waipahu, died Jan. 11, 2001. Born in San Jacinto, Pangasinan, Philippines. A retired Royal Hawaiian Hotel employee. Survived by wife, Adoracion "Addie"; nephew, Cristino; niece, Emelie Alcantara; 15 great-nieces and nephews. KAZUMI ONO, 78, of Honolulu, died Jan. 26, 2001. Born in Papaikou, Hawaii. A retired cook.
