Alexander & Baldwin acquires property

Alexander & Baldwin Inc. said yesterday that it has completed its purchase of the 18-story Pacific Guardian Tower across from Ala Moana Shopping Center.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. In a little more than two years, A&B has acquired six properties on O‘ahu and three on Maui.
