MUST-SEE: "Raising Arizona" (1987), 6 p.m.: Comedy Central. This movie launched the careers of Nicolas Cage and Holly Hunter.
"The King and I" (1956), 7:30 p.m. p.m., and "Bye Bye Birdie" (1963), 11 p.m.: First is the classic love story with Yul Brynner and Deborah Kerr, then theres Dick Van Dyke in a lightweight, small-town story.
"The Parent Trap" (1998), 7 p.m., ABC.: Lindsay Lohan plays twins who finally meet each other as teenagers, then hatch a plot to get their parents (Dennis Quaid and Natasha Richardson) back together.
Football, 7 p.m., NBC. In the second week of the XFL, the Chicago Enforcers and the Los Angeles Xtreme meet at the Los Angeles Coliseum.
"Biography," 10 p.m., A&E. Zsa Zsa and Eva Gabor have always been famous, even if no one knew why.
"Walker, Texas Ranger," 8 p.m., CBS. Frank Stallone - once a rock singer, and the brother of Sylvester Stallone - guest-stars.
"Silent Witness," 7 p.m., A&E. Sam is convinced that three deaths are the related work of a serial killer.
"Mad TV," 10:35 p.m., Fox. Susan Sarandon plays a flighty flight attendant and a troubled Tooth Fairy.
