JOSEPH LEIOLA "OLA" CHING, 67, of Hawaii Kai, died Feb. 24, 2001. Retired from GTE Hawaiian Telephone’s Kapahulu Yard Station as an installation supervisor. Born in Papak¯lea. HENRY BAKER ELI JR., 43, of Waianae, died March 4, 2001. A drug counselor at Waianae Comprehensive Center. TAKEKO "GRACE" KISE, 75, of Halaula, Hawaii, died March 5, 2001. Born in Honomu. Retired as a licensed practical nurse for Kohala Sugar Co. dispensary; also with Kohala Hospital, Hilo Memorial Hospital, Hilo Medical Group and Davies Hamakua Sugar Infirmary. Survived by husband, Shinse; sons, Cyrus and Edwin; daughters, Georgia Abe and Lydia Kinoshita; brothers, Tamotsu "Tom" and Seikichi "Larry" Teruya; sisters, Evelyn Teruya, Yoneko Teruya and Jean Okuma; 10 grandchildren.
