At Tiffany & Co. Ala Moana, design director John Loring created a table setting to salute Queen Lili'uoka-lani's Children's Fancy Dress Ball of 1892. The theme is a circus, with Tiffany's Cirque Chinois patterned china and Olympian silver pattern, of which the queen had several pieces.

New executive chef at Parc Cafe
Don Maruyama Jr. has been named executive chef of the Parc Cafe at the Waikiki Parc Hotel. Maruyama, a 14-year veteran of the food service industry, was most recently the executive chef at Fort Street Bar and Grill in downtown Honolulu.
