JUAN TABADDA BANIS, 100, of Marengo, Iowa, formerly of Oahu, died Feb. 6, 2001. Born in Sived Santo Domingo, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. A sugar industry employee; vegetable and fruit farmer. Survived by wife, Catherine; sons, Ricardo and Vincent; daughters, Enemesia Basilio, Alma Hancox, Elizabeth Balgos; Virginia Cabilao, Winifred Algoso, Ruby Pierce and Brenda Dempsey; grandchildren; great-grandchildren. Visitation 9 a.m. Monday at Mililani Memorial Park makai chapel, service 11:30 a.m.; burial 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.

JAMES R. BLUE, of San Rafael, Calif., formerly of Hawaii, died Jan. 8, 2001. Born in Denver, Colo. Survived by mother, Marjorie; twin sister, Barbara; brother, Robert. ANTHONY JAMES CAROLLO, 83, of Honolulu, died Feb. 9, 2001. A retired shipper with a machine parts production business. Survived by son, John. Service and burial in Rome, N.Y. Arrangements by Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.

BABE UILANI CASPERSON, 50, of Waianae, died Feb. 1, 2001. Born in Honolulu. A retired telephone operator. Survived by companion, David Hicks; sister, Margaret Phillips; brothers, Benjamin and Samuel. FRANCISCO CEBALLOS SR., 77, of Kalaheo, Kauai, died Feb. 6, 2001. Born in Makaweli, Kauai. An electronic technician. Survived by wife, Lucia; sons, Francisco Jr., Donald, Glenn and Errol; brothers, Clemente and Lorenzo; sisters, Sally Edayan and Betty Parraga; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. ISAMI HASHIMOTO, 100, died Feb. 7, 2001. Born in Paukaa, Hawaii. A K¬lani Prison carpenter instructor. JOSEPH "JOE" R. MONIZ, 78, of Ewa Beach, died Feb. 4, 2001. Born in Kauai. Survived by wife, June; daughters, Patricia Wiley and Pamela Moniz-Ilaban; seven grandchildren. ERNEST "COWBOY" ORNELLAS, 80, of Ewa Beach, died Feb. 5, 2001. Born in Kealia, Kauai. A retired Hawaiian Dredging Company heavy equipment operator and Makee Sugar Plantation/Lihue Plantation cowboy. Survived by former spouse, Elsie Pahia; son, Henry; hanai son, Daniel "Butchie"; daughters, Katherine Huddy and Patsy Hapenney; brother, Manuel; sisters, Mary Arruda, Annie Gonsalves and Emily Machado; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
