Nothing can replace those who were lost but rest assured that they will be remembered. It is a sad day for all of us, here and abroad. Semper Fi.

My heart goes out to each and every one of you at this time of great loss. Please know that I honor the memories of your Marine's, and that never a day shall pass that I am not thinking and praying for you all. The streets of heaven are lined with America's best. God must have needed them for a special assignment. Bless their hearts, and yours.

I didn't know any of these brave soldiers, but my heart goes out to these families nonetheless. My deepest condolences to all the families who have suffered the loss of their loved one. I thank the soldiers who continue to serve and sacrifice their lives for the sake of others. God bless all of you. Your sacrifice is not and will not be in vain.

We were fortunate to know 1st Lt. Travis Fueller and his brother Matt only for a short while before they got sent away. Matt had returned home while Travis was still in the desert and decided to go back to be with his brother. Their generosity, kindness and their silly drunkeness made them a fast favorite. We miss them both.
To Matt, we are all praying for you. We are so grateful that you are still with us and we all hope that you will return soon.
We are so sorry for the loss of your brother. He was a good man. So friendly and so funny. Come home safe. We'll have a beer waiting for you.

Words don't come easily. As the mother of a Marine, who is there with the 1/3, all of our hearts are breaking for you all. My son and yours chose to serve this great country and to do it proudly. As I watched the elections on Sunday morning, I cried and hoped and prayed that the loss we have suffered as a nation, not be in vain. Each of you are in our prayers.

I just want to say to the families of those brave young Marines, that I and the men of HHC 2-35 INF (US ARMY), extend our deepest regrets for your loss. In times like these it is hard to find solace and peace, but know that your Marines did not die in vain, but died defending the very freedoms that we all take for granted. Our hearts pour out to you, as we know how you feel at this time. May God grant you peace and comfort, Respectfully, Brother's in Arms, Curt Arnold

I can't say that I fully understand how it feels to lose a loved one to war, but I do understand the sacrifices all the men and women in our military go through to make this world a better place as I work side by side with some of our military. I give them much respect for what they are doing and my condolescenses go out to all the families who have lost a loved one not only here in Hawaii but to all our American soldiers across the country. My support goes out to all our American soldiers who continue to protect America and preserve our freedom!

I hope and pray that Americans feel sad about this and that they realise that the war has gone on for too long and the deaths have been unnecessary. It is right to observe that only ordinary working people die in these wars, politicians' children seem pretty safe from harm

To all families who have lost a loved one last week, my prayers and symphathy remembered in my prayers. I will be forever grateful for their services rendered. In 2 Cor 1:3-4 God is our Comforter, in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

To The Families of the Fallen Troops,
As much as I believe in the cause of this war, it's unfortunate the tragetic cost of your loved one. Your sons and daughters did not die in vain! Their dedication and commitment are exemplified by their action to be a soldier for the United States of America, to bring peace and freedom were it does not exist the world. May every family find a way to heal their wound for their loss of their loved ones and may God bless you.

I'm deeply saddened by the fallen troops in Iraq from the last few days, over 50, 60 if you include the British troops that were shot down by the resistance fighters. I pray that the families will not be overwhelmed by the grief and confusion that this unnecessary war has produced. I wish the troops were back home now with their families and that the politicians would send their children instead. GOd Bless the victims of this war.

My heartfelt prayers for the families of
these brave American heroes who gave their lives
for freedom. I have a son the age of these
young heroes and I can hardly imagine the
sorrow their families must endure. God be with
each family to ease their sorrow and sacrifice.
I am a transplanted Hawaiian and have
an apartment in Kailua I have rented to marines for years so this hits very close to home.
God will take care of you. Mahalo!!

It is very hard for me to accept that so many of our men and women have died in this on-going war for freedom and liberty. My deepest sympathies and best wishes go out to the loved ones of the fallen soldiers who so bravely fought for our country. I have shed many tears since the start of this operation, and I will continue to do so until our troops return home. My husband is currently in Kuwait, so I am also sharing the same fear as the rest of you. May God bless the 31 men killed recently and their families. Keep your spirits up, because they are in a safer place now. I thank you for your sacrifices, and I can truly say I am blessed and proud to be a citizen of this great nation.

Set thirty-one sparkling jewels into the crown of Iraqi freedom. How proud the loved ones of those selfless young American patriots must be today knowing that because of them and others like them, millions of people who have suffered so long under oppression were able, this weekend, to vote for leadership of their choice. I've a notion that those heroes were looking down with big grins on their faces when they saw the happiness that they were so instrumental in creating. They have not left us in vain.

As a former Marine, I commend all our military men and women for putting their "life on the line" once again for the cause of freedom. I also feel the pain and extend my deepest sympathy to their families. GOD bless them all.

To all the families I send my deepest regrets and sympathy. I have a son that is stationed at Pearl Harbor on a submarine; his boat was there in 2003; and I was proud of their sacrifices for what they did there; but, its the marines and army that does all the footwork most of the time...I want to say that each one of those that died are heroes and will always be prayed for by me and all those here in America and all over the world...they did not die in vain...may each of the families be blessed and taken care of by our government and know they are heroes also...God Bless each one of you and God Bless our Marines and others...Love, Pat Kubish
