New mutual fund and stock listings

Advertiser Staff

Beginning tomorrow, The Advertiser’s Business section will offer a new daily mutual fund listing and an expanded Nasdaq stock listing to help investors better understand and analyze the increasingly complex financial markets.

The full-page mutual fund listing will include more than 3,000 of the largest funds, reporting their net asset values, daily changes and year-to-date returns.

The Nasdaq listing will expand by nearly 25 percent to include the daily results of 670 stocks trading on the widely followed, tech-heavy market index.

On Sundays, the Business section will continue to offer a full page of mutual fund listings, presenting a comparative review of more than 1,500 of the largest funds, their weekly changes, their two- and four-year returns, and how they ranked against other funds with similar investment objectives.

We hope the changes will better help you evaluate the performance of your investments.

Let us know what you think by calling the Business section at 525-8063, or by e-mailing us at business@honoluluadvertiser.com.
