Jerry Seinfeld and his television show producers have won an appeals court ruling that says a lawsuit over the George Costanza character should be dismissed.
'Revolver' judged best rock album
"Revolver," which bridged the Beatles' moptop era with their experimental years in the studio, was judged the best album in rock 'n' roll history by experts in a VH1 poll.
