Isle's PGA Tour events locked in for six years
The Hawai'i Tourism Authority has struck a deal with the PGA Tour that guarantees Hawai'i will continue to play host to six men's professional golf tournaments over the next six years.

'Iolani freshman Derrick Low, although suffering from flu-like symptoms, scored 18 points as host 'Iolani remained unbeaten by defeating Kamehameha, 55-41, in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu basketball game.

Samuel Masuo Ichinose, the man who came to be known as "Sad Sam" will be posthumously inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame and Museum on June 10 in Canastota, N.Y.
